Our History

1995 First established in the Snowy Mountains under the name of Hubert Fine Foods, it was mainly a producer of smoked trout. Hubert’s range included fresh pasta and sauces.

1997 Relocated to Newcastle under the name of Hubert Fine Foods trading as Bohemian Fine Foods and expanded its product range to include Quiches, Lasagnas and Soups

2014 Incorporated as Bohemian Fine Foods Pty Ltd.

2016 Bohemian Fine Foods aqcuired by Pauline Buchanan, whose passion for good food has inspired her to introduce new and exciting products into the business.
